Ms. Shelley, an experienced Elementary Art Teacher, will guide your child as they make impressive projects with paint on canvas and wood, explore with oil pastels and watercolors, and design creations with clay while learning about Art History and Fine Art techniques in this fun class! Quality supplies and instruction are included, ensuring a fantastic creative experience.


  • Classes are held at the Creative Art Studio inside Smart Toys & Books
  • The Spring 2026 Session starts February 4th and ends April 22nd
  • There are no classes the week of Knox County Spring Break (March 9th-13th)
  • This is a drop-off event for kids ages 5-10. Parents can stay in the store or run errands (we have an awesome indoor playground and sensory playroom for younger siblings)
  • Kids can sign up to attend multiple classes for an immersive art experience
  • This $100 payment is the class materials deposit, the remaining tuition of $100 will be sent to you by email invoice the first week of January 2026.
