June 17th-19th, 2025 Creative STEAM Art Camp! (9:45-11:45)
A fun and educational STEAM Art Camp for elementary age Kids taught by professional Artist and Art Teacher, Ms. Shelley, in the Creative Art Studio at Smart Toys & Books! She has taught STEAM activities in professional development classes for TN Educators so they can offer more engaging learning and the creative process that kids love into their classrooms.
Students will spark their imagination and creativity as they learn how to create through experimenting, and learn about science, tech, engineering, and math and how it relates to art. This includes the study of animals, creating geometric and dimensional Art, how buildings and sculptures are designed, mixing cool recipes, adding different textures into paint, and the science behind using gravity and spin techniques in art. Students will create with paint, clay, and mixed media art materials in this Camp. Quality supplies are included for your Artist!
Camps are drop off if you would like to run errands while your child creates! Please sign your child in with Ms. Shelley at the Art Studio upon arrival.
