Tues 3:30-4:15 Kids Creative Clay Class (Sept. 2nd-Nov. 18th, 2025)
A fun and educational Art class for Elementary age Kids taught by professional Artist and Art Teacher, Ms. Shelley, in the Creative Art Studio at Smart Toys & Books!
Students absolutely love this class as they get to work with different kinds of hand building and sculpting clay, texture rollers, and clay tools to create a fun variety of bowls, sculptures, imaginative, and everyday creatures. Students will design very cool projects and learn how to use armature and additional mixed media art materials to complete their masterpieces. Quality supplies are included for your Artist in each class. Students will be able to sit with kids in their age group.
For returning students, we create different Art each session, so your child will always have new lessons. I have designed and created thousands of quality kid approved projects over the many years I have been teaching and always look forward to sharing these ideas and lessons with your Artist as I meet them at the skill level they are currently at and we grow from there. The more a student creates and practices in the Arts the better they become!
This Fall Session of Art Classes meets on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:15 pm during Sept. 2nd-Nov. 18th, 2025 (The Studio is closed Oct. 7th-10th for Knox County Fall Break)
Classes are drop off if you would like to run errands while your child creates. Students can sign up for multiple classes for an immersive Art experience! To view or add additional classes, return to the Fall Art page here
