June 7th-9th (1:00-5:30) Unicorns, Dragons, & Castle Creations + Extra Art Hours!
A creative and fun 3-day Art Camp taught by Elementary Art Teacher, Miss Shelley, in the West Knoxville Art Studio at Smart Toys & Books!
Elementary Artists will travel by imagination to a "once upon a time" land where friendly dragons and unicorns lived as we design our own colorful creatures! They will also learn about different kinds of castles around the world and observe patterns, color, and texture to design several quality and impressive projects with paint on canvas, clay, and wood. All supplies are included, please dress to be creative!
At 3 pm, students that stay for Extra Art Hours will be able to enjoy a 30 min snack break and free Art time (craft center, draw, weave, design with Sculpture blocks, or pattern puzzles) and from 3:30-5:30 they will design 2 additional projects each day as they paint on canvas, create with clay, paint pour, spin art, fabric arts, mosaics, and beadwork (the afternoon classes do not make the same projects as the Camp so your child will be creating new projects each hour and taking home some very cool Art!)
This is a drop off Event, please sign your child in with Miss Shelley at the Studio upon arrival (if attending 1:00-5:30, pack a nut free snack and water bottle for snack break)
*If adding a sibling, change the quantity as seats are limited (2 kids=2 quantity)
